It's a fait accompli! Franz Kraler is to take over the luxury Le Noir boutique in Cortina d’Ampezzo.

Milan, 25 January 2017 - It's official: FRANZ KRALER, one of Italy's leading multibrand stores is to take over the luxury boutique of the long-established LE NOIR label, which was founded in 1969, at no. 76 on the upscale Corso Italia boulevard.
The acquisition of the high-end boutique, which in future will bear the name Franz Kraler, is the next step in the implementation of a consistent, long-term growth strategy.

The takeover of Le Noir sees Franz Kraler expand its offering in the luxury fashion segment in Cortina. In the coming years this will be further strengthened and developed by targeted investment in new points of sale.

"It is extremely gratifying that we were able to achieve the takeover of the Le Noir boutique with our own resources," says Daniela Kraler, Chair of the Board of Directors at Franz Kraler srl. "The incorporation of this high-class address in our renowned brand portfolio enhances our prestige segment in Cortina and increases the visibility of our luxury brands in a leading, internationally recognised tourist resort.

This transaction consolidates our existing presence in the renowned shopping street at nos. 92, 107, 111 and 127 Corso Italia, and is part of a sales offensive with which we intend to make our portfolio even more attractive and exclusive in future through targeted M&A activities and the takeover of traditional brands and luxury labels."
